Bad Boy Furniture Honest Eds

My wife and I came into this store knowing exactly what we were looking for. The salesperson (Allan) was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us decide between the sofas we were looking at, pointing out the pros and cons of each one without pushing us toward the more expensive options. We followed his advice and 2 months later, I'm glad we did. We love our sofa. Would definitely shop here again.

We bought a full bedroom set (Jacqueline) from Bad Boy in February. We weren't moving until the end of April to a house that would fit the set (from a downtown condo), but the store was happy to arrange an appropriate delivery date after move in. Allan was our salesperson, he was great, offered us a fantastic package deal. Even when we changed our minds on one item before delivery, there were no problems cancelling it from the order. On delivery day, everything went smoothly and the delivery men were courteous and professional. They hauled the whole set up our narrow and twisty stairs without hesitating. The bed frame was easy to assemble. The only problem was that one of the mirrored drawer fronts on our dresser was cracked, which we did not realize until after the delivery men had left. I called the store and was given a direct customer service number to call (which I prefer to being transferred, because you never know where you'll end up). The service department handled the issue perfectly. There was a bit of a delay as the first replacement was also faulty (a stain on the veneer), and then we had to wait two weeks for a new shipment. We weren't in a hurry though, and each time I dealt with any representative from Bad Boy, they were always knowledgeable and efficient. Finally, new stock came in and a new delivery date was arranged right away. We had a perfect new dresser within 24 hours of the shipment's arrival and the old one was taken away. Even with a few bumps in the road, the whole transaction felt smooth and we were treated well by everyone. I've had much more difficult experiences with other major furniture companies that I will not shop at again, but I'll definitely return to Bad Boy and I highly recommend them to anyone else for their great customer service, good pricing/deals, and beautiful products.

we have purchase 2 leather sofas from the Bad Boy store in Barrie Ontario first let me say the people who work at this store are very nice to deal with But we are having a lot of trouble with the extended warranty on our red sofa recliner its been over 5 months dealing with this It seems that I get the run a round I would like if this problem could be solved and I am not forgot about The store in Barrie has my record to how many times I have stop in about my problem my name is Russell Edwards

Had a great experience with Bad Boy on Bathurst Street. The sales associates were very nice and gave me excellent service. Saw the dishwasher I really wanted!!

I recently purchase a new dishwasher from Bad Boy and found after hooking it up that it is broken and does not dry dishes - the entire washtub and all of the dishes are soaking wet. Completely understand that Bad Boy can not control this but what they can control - customer service is appalling!!! I contacted Bad Boy right away to arrange a replacement dishwasher to be delivered only to be told that I would have to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer, I've had this dishwasher less than a month!?! Obviously they do not stand behind the products they sell. Warning to all - do not shop here! With so much choice there are numerous other stores that actually VALUE their customers that you can go to.

The service at this location is excellent. Corbert was a phenomenal sales rep, both personable and knowledgeable about the inventory. He really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for without any sales pressure. Oliver then went above expectations when he helped track down a second model of the chair I was looking for. The prices are competitor and the furniture is solid quality but the staff really sold the experience

I recently was in Bad Boy to purchase a bedroom set, coffee table set, and mattress set. I went in with a budget and Tom and his Manager really worked with me to figure out pricing and keep me within budget! I walked out of there with everything I wanted, amazing pieces and also a mattress protector plus a 5 yr warrant all within reason!! Tom was great, very understanding and the Manager as well made the magic happen when crunching numbers!! Would highly recommend, and definitely shop there again! Thanks boys!

We got instant respectful service right when we walked in. John had his calculator out in no time. He was so helpful, not pushy and really knowledgeable. Really pleasant experience. Corbert(sale rep.)was very polite, patient and helpful while I was taking my decision.

We were served by both Corbert DeRonde and Allan M. on two different days. They could tell we were unknowledgeable about mattresses, so they took time to explain the various mattresses and price points to us and encouraged us to lie on the mattresses to try them out. They did not try to pressure us. They were knowledgeable about delivery conditions and were very helpful.

We were amazed by the quality items. The prices were very affordable and we were able to stay on budget. Our salesman was very knowledgable and helped us to find everything we required. We had such a good experience that we will be returning again to purchase more needed items in the near future.

We purchased a 3-pc sofa/loveseat/chair at an excellent sale price for our new apartment just down the street from the Honest Ed's location. Our salesperson, believe his name was Robert Shields, was a tremendous help and very nice to us. We'll likely be back next time we need something. Hope you keep your location open in the downtown area--or at least nearby!

Overall it was one of my favorite shopping experiences. I went into the store and was helped by Tom. He was very polite, knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I wanted at a discounted price! (And I checked the competition and the prices were already cheaper) they even through in some free stuff! Looking forward to my next experience! Thank you Bad Boy and Tom!

I was at the Bad Boy Furniture Store at Honest Ed's location and was very pleased with the service I received. Staff were very courteous, professional and answered all my questions and I was able to easily decide what I wanted to buy.

Great service and help at the Honest Ed's location. First time customers and thanks to Allan we will return!! Showroom is packed but easily navigated. Super excited for our stuff to be delivered.

Excellent service and attention

This store is easy to access from the street and by the subway, attractively laid out, and a pleasure to deal with. Sales associate Corbert De Ronde was most helpful, answered all my questions, and patiently walked me through the drill for buying my product and arranging home delivery for a modest fee. Staff were patient when, at the last moment, I fond I had to switch my payment method. I heartily recommend this store.
