I now get why they appear in prison outfits in their advertisements.
Incomplete Item Yet No Help!!!!
This company only wants to get your money and could careless if they deliver what they promised. They also tell you they are investigating and never call you back. Christopher, in their service department, was to call me back twice now and even booked a pick up date with us, but no one showed nor did they call back with an update. It takes hours to get someone on the phone, but You spend hours on hold with Bad Boy. What good is a sofa without a back to us???!!!!!!!! Big waste of $900.

This by far this the worst company and I can only assume based on the BBB of Canada, Yelp, and literally all other reviews that family and friends have been leaving reviews on this website to skew rating. Reviews elsewhere are 1 stars or below, and most reviews mention they only gave 1 star because it was the only option.
I agree that 0 stars is accurate and honest. The customer service is awful, truly the worst I've encountered ever and even a terrible experience somewhere else does not compare. Badboy blows the competition out the water with how awful they are. I was on the recieving end of an employee attempting to scam money off me when I asked for help with my order, and they said they could help get it sooner for an additional cost (luckily I was wise enough) and when pressed he said he would take my number and call me back. Also sure the name he gave was BS. My product that I ordered in Jan 2021 is still not here, customer service has zero clue and when emailed just sends a generic email that does not answer anything I actually asked, and has inaccurate information.

I dislike this company so much I just spent several hours of a saturday night writing as many reviews to warn customers.

The cashier was trying to copy my driver's licence after I paid in store(Bad Boy @ 1970 Dundas St. E, Mississauga) on Jan. 2020. Did not allow them to do it and involved in argument with the store manager and the cashier.
The sales said the delivery was in a week. However after 10 days of buying the dryer, still did not get the product delivered, no conformation of the delivery either. Avoid this store.

Do NOT waste your money here!
tl;dr: bought two exact same mattresses from different Bad Boy stores, one turned out defective and after numerous back and forth communication between this store and emails to head office we got nothing out of it. Had to spend another grand at The Brick to get a proper mattress because this brand new one we got from Bad Boy was defective and they wouldn't do anything about it.

My family and I recently bought two Samantha Euro Top Double Mattresses from Lastman's Bad Boy. One was purchased at the beginning of November 2016 at the Brampton location. My parents were very happy with the mattress, so we decided to buy another for myself. We purchased the exact same mattress but at the Mississauga location (1970 Dundas St. E) near the end of November.

The second mattress which had only been a month old at the time of this occurrence had a huge sinking hole right around the middle area and is only slept on by ONE person (me). This doesn't make any sense because the other Samantha mattress that we bought was TWO months old AND is slept on by TWO people yet it doesn't pose the same problem. Moreover, the two people are full grown adults, whereas the one person sleeping in the sunken mattress is a small twenty-year old girl. Even simply looking at the mattress, you can clearly see that it is un-level. This is appalling and I can't understand why this would happen to one mattress and not the other when they are both exactly the same.

We went back to the original store to inform them of the situation and they told us to email or call the company regarding the issue. So we did. The company set up an appointment with a technician to check out the mattress. They measured it as a 1" hole, and we were told that there's nothing they can do about it because it needs to be a minimum of 1.5" deep. All we wanted to know was why this was happening to the ONE mattress and not the other, we were suspecting this may have been a defective mattress. So we again went back to the store to see if they could somehow check if perhaps it was a defect, however the associates were very rude and unwilling to help claiming they have nothing to do with it and it's not their problem. So again we went back to communicating with the company through email and they set up yet ANOTHER appointment with a technician to check out the mattress. This time they measured the hole as 1.5" deep, the technician told us they would report it back to the company and they would get back to us. Keep in mind that last time their excuse was the 1" deep measurement was not enough to be considered an issue, and that 1.5" is the standard - which is clearly what we got! On top of that, it had only been a week or two between the two appointments with the technician so does that mean the mattress will continue to sink if they don't do anything about it?! We haven't heard back from them and honestly this back and forth between going to the store and exchanging emails has gotten us no where. I have already been experiencing back problems since then so we had no choice but to spend over $1000 at The Brick to purchase a NEW proper mattress to replace the one that was barely one month old. After this horrible experience we will never be shopping at Lastman's Bad Boy again and nor will we be recommending this company to anyone, which is unfortunate because the other mattress (exact same model) is fine and we're happy with it. It would have been nice to perhaps exchange the mattress for one that wasn't defective, or AT LEAST get an explanation or apology - but there was none of that. Lesson learned the hard way...

Would rate this a 0 star if I could.

Good sales staff and delivered on promised time. Delivery staff explained the product and even took packaging of the sofa with them so that I don't have to clean up the mess. Product delivered new in good condition without any defects.

I have dealt with many furniture stores in the past 12 years but none of them have given me the welcome, the service and the feeling that our business was valued as Bad Boy has.
I, in particular want to pay tribute to Tina and her staff at the Mississauga location who made it a point to make sure everything our Company purchased was to our satisfaction.
Tina is a true Gem to Bad Boy and definitely a keeper, as for her coworkers from the front desk to the warehouse truly Accommodating and friendly as well.
Its not often these days that you find an entire store full of Workers that enjoy there job and dealing with people.
Thumbs up to all of you.
I definitely know that there is noooobody I'd rather deal with than BAD BOY FURNITURE ..........

I needed a couple of microwaves for the kitchen at our office (Toronto Sun) and I zipped in there on a Sunday and was literally out of there within 15 minutes with two microwaves and a great deal!

They wrapped them up and put them in the truck of my car and everyone was friendly and courteous!

This is probably the 5th or 6th trip to Bad Boy for items for our office and I have never had a bad experience.

This is my 2nd purchase with her, as well, my parents have also had the pleasure of dealing with her. Danica care`s about her clients, she takes the time to find the best products that suit your needs and financial ability, she always treats you with honesty and kindness, she definitely has us for clients for life & I would highly recommend her to anyone else I know looking to shop at Bad Boy!

i am so happy with the services i get at your store with Tina. she as given us the best services every time we go there we are vey happy. we know Tina for years from other companies when we found out that she moved companies we were sad but one day we walked into your store and as soon as we saw her we were so happy that we have been shopping at your store and we just want her to help us. we go there because of her. we are happy with her customer services that she gives us and from what i see she gives other customers. keep up that great customer services Tina.we go there because of your services.

I went to the store to look at a Maytag washer/dryer that was on sale and was approached by Mario. He initially tried to talk me into a more expensive pair pointing out all the virtues of spending $500.00 more to "save money" through the energy saving feature, however when I explained i didn't need such large capacity units and didn't want to spend more money,he seemed to understand my position. He was very helpful and did not "high pressure" me. I would definitely return if i need further appliances or TV.

Customer service was great! Placed my order online and was expecting to wait much longer. Got a phonecall within a few hours to set up a delivery date and they were extremely accomodating. Had a slight complication with the website, which is why I deducted a star. But, overall I am extremely pleased. Keep up the good work!

This was my second visit to this location. Both time the sales associate Mario was very helpful and I left a happy customer. I purchased a section sofa! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative.

The sales rep Mario was very pleasant and upfront when i was in there looking.I took up well over an hr of his time and i was telling him my budget and he showed me everything within my budget.I didnt make a purchase that day but came back the next day after pondering on it.Mario was not working but i felt he deserved the credit as he did all the foot work the day before showing me everything.They honored that and gave him the credit.I would definately go back and get other items and your company should give Mario a pat on the back and maybe a bonus for his exceptional service.

Our experience at the Mississauga store on Dundas was very pleasing. We were there two nights in a row and both times the service and salespersons were wonderful. They were warm, inviting, courteous and did their absolute best to assist us in the decision making process without any pressures. We made purchases both evenings and felt a great sense of friendliness. Their smiles and happy nature was accommodating and comforting. We will definitely visit this particular store in the future.

My husband & I were at the store on Friday February 20 2015 and were helped by Mario. He was extremely helpful, was very patient with me (as I dithered back and forth between dishwasher models).
