I had a horrible moving experience on Sept 29th with Prof Movers (Trans Moving Company). After arriving an hour late, because they went to the incorrect address, the truck they arrived with was broken and the ramp would not go down, causing them to have to raise and lower a platform to move furniture and boxes, slowing them down dramatically. We were told there was nothing they could do about this problem. The move was a 1 bedroom + den and took over 2 hours to load the truck, and five and a half hours overall, due to movers moving very slow, and checking their cell phones when they thought we weren't looking. Finally, upon unpacking it was discovered that two ipads went missing. When I contacted Yuri, he was very dismissive, and implied his guys would never do that, even though they were the only ones with access and opportunity to steal them. Very disappointed with the customer service, and would not recommend them unless you want to overpay and have items stolen.
