The staff and manager are very accommodating and friendly. The facility is kept clean and well managed.

I was most impressed with the Professionalism at Sentinel Storage.
From the initial visit, the Manager was most helpful and genuinely interested in assisting me with the process of storing my furniture & personal belongings. He showed me the different sizes of storage lockers that were available and advised me as to what size would be most appropriate for me.
They also have locks you can purchase on site as well as other products you might require when moving.
The premises are very clean and well run. Storage lockers have pallets on the floor, so your belongings are not sitting directly on the cement.
Access to your locker is easy & convenient & completely secure. Sentinel also allows you to use their cube van to move things in and out of your locker at a very minimal fee.
Overall I have been most happy using the storage facilities at Sentinel. They have recently undergone a change in Management at the Pembina location since my initial rental, so I am hopeful the new Managers will continue to provide the same level of quality service.

Safety, cleanness, staff courtesy, reasonable pricing and availability. These are the factors that make Sentinel Storage facilities one of the best, if not the best in the industry. So far so good, and I recommend this option to prospective users who may need some extra space outside our homes limited space for all of those things that may represent a material and/or sentimental value.

I am pleased with the courtesy of the staff and the storage units, I would recommend this company to my friends and family .

Winnipeg South Sentinal Storage is a very clean and efficient facility. Very impressed on how well they keep it clean. Dealing with the onsite staff is always pleasant. I highly recommend this Facility to people looking for a Storage unit.

Good service, good facilities and location. Very good to excellent hours of accessibility to my storage locker. Also very good office hours. One big negative is the price keeps on going up every year. As with everyone who tries to justify their increase to the public, "rising expenses" is a standard line. I understand rising expenses, but not every single year. I will soon be forced to find an alternative method of storage - maybe scale back on samples and go back to my garage.

I live on the West Coast and have had a storage unit at Sentinel,3101Pembina Hwy for the past 12 years. The staff has changed a few times over the past 12 years. They have always been friendly and helpful when needed. New managers have started recently and I have received the same friendly, courteous service as always.

This is an excellent facility and I would recommend it to anyone seeking storage. Have never had a bad experience there. Owners are always cheery and take time to talk with their customers. Always a bowl of candy sitting on the desk!
