Credit card was not charged and then charged standard rack rate without calling or trying to get a hold of the owner for the locker to fix error. As soon as notification was received called within 5 minutes to fix error, but too bad you have to pay the full price...also did not apply the credit for the initial review for the first review created and submitted.

Was very easy getting a unit, was able to view the different sizes of the units available and was able to make an informed decision on the best unit for our family. Will recommend to friends for sure.

Very impressive facilities. Clean, neat, helpful staff and best of all heated. Heated storage as well as heated docks to load or unload your goods. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Going to my 3rd month rent in this facility and so far I've been loving it. The price is very competitive compared to other storage facility. The service is great and the place is awesome clean. With this great experience with Sentinel, it will always be my home for storage.

An excellent storage facility with plenty of room, four indoor stalls for unloading and loading your belongings, a hydraulic lift to bring the goods to you and a rental van for ease of moving. What more could you ask for!

We have had our storage unit for a month now, and will have it for 2 more as we are transitioning from our condo to a house. The service we got was great. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. The facility is also amazing. The move has been a piece of cake and these guys suggested the perfect sized unit!

Chaparral storage is a great storage. Great customer service, truck bays with lifts to help unload heavy items. Dolly and pallet Jacks you can't find a better storage unit in calgary for the same price. I would recommend chaparral storage to everyone.
